This custom tag reads the information saved on {@link BrowserSettings} about where to return to, and displays a link for the user to be able to be moved back to the page where s/he was before. Some extra text is included, for indicating if the user will be returned to viewing a folder, report, etc, and the link text will include the name of the object that the user will see rendered if clicking on it.<web:returnTo/>
